This is a one of a kind beautiful house. From the outside does not appear what’s inside. Nice place. Will definitely consider it for my next trip to Quetzaltenago. Get this place just to relax if you can.

The place is very quiet and safe and accessible for several places, the house is very nice and equipped, and the host was very friendly and attentive at all times.

The house is very good and convenient, location is nice and quiet, far from the center , 10 minutes by car to some main malls. the only problem we had is with a very sensitive neighbor that complained about noise few times even though we were very quiet and went to sleep very early. the host was very friendly and answered our needs quickly

I visited the accommodation with my family, we loved it, everything is very clean and tidy, the location is perfect with almost no traffic. The host is always attentive, it is very cozy.

Wow I can’t believe how beautiful and affordable this Airbnb was! I originally had only rented it so we can be closer to the port to transfer to Panajachel. But we were welcome by the most beautiful view I seen, the apartment itself is so spacious and because it’s in a Hostel it has so many amenities including a rooftop with a view and hammocks. I was so sad that we only spend a day here as this could have easily been my base camp for the whole trip. Super convenient location, clean, and the view… wow. What a great find!

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

Very nice place in a very good location just 5 minutes from the central park, the area is very quiet, Derick is always very attentive and helpful, the place has everything you need, highly recommended and I will definitely come back if I travel to Quetzaltenango again.

Was a pleasure to stay here! Away from the noisy city, amazing hosts who helped us with everything we wanted ( fan was broken and they got us a new one right away), they also have an amazing Italian restaurant that they give us a discount for, beautiful place, a view of the lake, great WiFi, it’s a walk from town (which we loved to get our steps in) or a Q10 per person tuk tuk

very easy to find and easy to enter the apartment. the parking is close to the elevators, and the room is close when you get off. beautiful space, highly recommend to anyone wanting an amazing place to stay.

Staying at Sevonne’s place was the most beautiful amazing and transformational experience to welcome the new year and the new decade 2020 🤗; For both the three Guatemalans who are in love with Lake Atitlán donde we were kids and have been in many of its spots and towns hundreds of times, as for our foreign friends from Chile and Switzerland who was their first time in the most beautiful lake in the world. The house has one of the most astonishing views of the lake where you can actually rejoice watching the four volcanoes that surround it. No place can beat the sunrises and sunsets at Sevonne’s garden. The beach front is amazing with the most crystal clear water you can get to swim and chill on comfortable chaira that float :). She has the whole shibang! From Kayaks, to an amazing Mayan Sauna Temaxcal where you can clear your lungs and spirit with natural oils and herbs. The property is gorgeous! with a beautiful garden and amazing colorful flowers. It’s perfect either for a family retreat or a gathering with friends. The bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable. I’m still dreaming with those pillows and sheets. The yoga Shala that also be used as a third bedroom is absolutely amazing. You can find incredible literature all over the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with spices and herbs if you want to have an amazing dinner watching the sunset. And you are also nearby the main street of San Marcos to go to its cool restaurants like Vida or Fe or to its local bar and meditation and massage venues. But the best part of it all was the hospitality of Sevonne. Thanks to her we had the most amazing experience during New Year’s eve getting inside of San Marcos Local culture and events. Selina the girl who cleans the house, does an amazing job and she is charming and full of local knowledge for you to get to know more about the lake and it’s towns. I can’t wait to go back to that amazing piece of paradise that Sevonne has created in my favorite place in the world. 🤗

I cannot describe how beautiful and peaceful Casa Julia is. A slice of paradise. Hollie provided clear instructions and provided numbers for local drivers and Markus to assist us during our stay. We will definitely be returning if possible!

I really enjoyed the home. My family was able to relax and we all had a good time. The personnel was very responsive to two additional things I had questions about. I would definitely choose this house to stay again if I have the opportunity to visit the area. Really peaceful!!!! Checking out did not feel rushed either.

Great stay. Two families each with two kids and plenty of beds and space for kids to run around. We hired a local chef, Juan Carlos, to cook dinners, which really turned the trip into a vacation. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, etc within 5 min walk. Mariano, caretaker, met us at dock to help carry luggage to the house. Temescal was very relaxing at night and we loved hearing the birds and wildlife scurry around. We had some cloudy weather so pool/jacuzzi wasn't warm, but we cant change the weather! 100% recommend.

Staying at Sandra’s was an exciting adventure from the moment of being picked up by private boat in Panajachel for my first time at Lake Atitlan. Some of my favorite things to do were swimming off the dock, and looking up at Chuk Chuk (volcan San Pedro) sitting proudly behind and above the house. Also, seeing the hummingbirds in the garden, getting to know the cats, and the neighbors dogs were fun. Was also fascinated by how many different shades of blue the water can be at any given moment on the lake. However, the most special experiences were taking to the boat to Santiago with Nico; grocery shopping. I got to meet the Tzʼutujil Mayans in their village and spend time with the community of Santiago. These interactions were always heartfelt and touching. We enjoyed learning from one another and it was a real honor to have these experiences. In conclusion, the house is beautiful, modern, secluded, and has something to offer everyone. Puro Utz!

Our stay at this beautiful home was absolutely magical. We just had our wedding in Antigua, and we went to Lake Atitlan with some friends and it was the peace we needed from all of the chaos. Jorge was heaven sent and not only did he help us with everything, he was extremely kind to us. Already planning our trip back here 🤍

I’ve been coming to Guatemala since I was a child, as my family is from here. But in all the years that we’ve been coming, this has been the best experience we’ve had. The home was clean, beautiful, tranquil, and spacious. Our host, Maria, was so amazing and very informative. Yohanna the housekeeper was also amazing! I will be sure to book this home again for when I come back to Guatemala!
