Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

You'll love my place because of the calm and rural environment. My place is perfect for a couple plus a child or two and solo travelers. Fully equipped. Located between Lamballe and St. Brieuc, just 19 km from Val André and 14 km from the medieval city of Moncontour, among the most beautiful villages. The village is liven up by a bakery, grocery store, bar restaurant, nurse's office and two hairdressers. A hypermarket is a 5-minute drive.
