In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. The barn is directly surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace facing the garden and the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
