Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Nice practical and well-equipped cottage, quiet and in the center of Quérigut. Excellent communication! Cottage located near a convenience store, bar and restaurant (in the village) and well located to enjoy the Pyrenees (Etangs de Rasbatolle, Quérigut, Laurenti, Lake Noubals for swimming...).
