Condo vacation rentals in Quebec City Area

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were close to all the restaurants and sights in the old City, so it served us well for our visit to this historic area. Tom & Joan

Anny and Eric’s place was perfect. It had everything you’d need, was extremely clean, and they were very responsive. The location is also fantastic - a couple minute drive from the Plains of Abraham and Cartier Avenue. Only about a 10 min drive from Old Quebec.

It's very clean. 5-10 minutes by bus from Old Quebec It's about 15 minutes on foot. One block behind There are great restaurants. There is also a grocery store right in front. It's not right in front of Old Quebec, but it's really good for the price. And the host is really friendly. The rooftop pool was not available due to the weather, but you can see the Chateau Frontenac Hotel.

The unit was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description accurately. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in smooth. Everything worked as expected. The location is quiet and functional. Overall, a solid and hassle-free stay.

We had a great stay at Florian's apartment. The outside does not look good but the interior is pristine: bright, spacious, functional and recent equipment, beautifully decorated. The private parking space is very convenient as there is not always a space close to the apartment. Florian was flexible on schedules, we appreciated it. The place was quiet and very clean. The double bed was comfortable, the single beds too but a little noisy when you change position. In short, a great place.

Geneviève's place was super clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants of Old Lévis were just minutes away by foot. The ferry to Québec City is just a 10 minute walk. In addition, Geneviève was a great and friendly communicator, which helped make my stay in Lévis very relaxing.

Beautiful home with gorgeous finishes. We were a little apprehensive about the lack of handrails on the top three floors. Only other suggestion is to make a guest book with information on the wifi, local cafes and other outings, how to use the fancy coffee machine and so on. The landlord was responsive but the time change meant we sometimes had to wait a while for the info.

We LOVED Valerie’s place and our time there. She thoughtfully asked us ahead of time about a baby gate at the top of the stairs which was so helpful. We did have an unfortunate episode that had nothing to do with Valerie or her place- one of our bikes was stolen from it’s locked rack on top of our car. Valerie was very helpful and supportive in helping us report the loss. It ended up just being a very brief setback in an otherwise great stay for us (family of four). We loved how close it was to Rue Cartier which has so many excellent shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to everyone, but bring your bikes inside at night!!

The space was perfect- definitely an oasis! The interior design was flawless… we took back some inspo for our own home! It was the perfect spot for relaxation, and a great “in between” distance for all the regions of Quebec we were looking to visit… never more than a 20 minute drive from our destinations. Not only is the space warm and inviting, the host is also kind and very helpful! Well worth the stay.

Excellent location to explore the Vallée de La Jacques-Cartier and close enough to Quebec City to go to dinner in Quebec City! Impeccable and very comfortable accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen!

I really enjoyed my entire stay here. The place is even better than pictured, and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. Small backyard very handy for middle of the night dog duty ;-) and laundry facilities really great. Please note that parking is challenging and I found it easier to pay for a 24 hour parking facility just a block away. That said, the street parking made it easy to load and unload, it's just limited by time. The location can't be beat - right near excellent restaurants and very close to Old Quebec City. Very nice apartment close to the ski hill at Mont Saint Ann. Modern, clean, warm and well equipped with everything you will need. Eric was a great host!

We stayed at this property so that we could see what Quebec City had to offer and we were not disappointed. With local parking and supermarkets for convenience, it provides a short walk into the UNESCO site. The apartment was exactly as described and the four of us had a lovely time there. Cédric was always helpful and responsive if we had a question about the local area and provided all the details upfront so that we could enjoy what the apartment had to offer.

Very good location. Short walk to sight seeing areas and very close to transportation. Nice and clean unit with everything we needed available. Marlène is a good communicator and was very accommodating to my requests. Very happy with our stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, Hony and very organized. instructions were clear! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was easy to find and near a grocery store and great coffee shop. We walked into Old Quebec which was a 20-25 min walk. Only complaint was that the mattresses were not as firm as we prefer, but we loved everything else about the stay. The rooftop pool and lounge was a nice bonus, and as we rented a car to visit Montmorency Falls, the free parking was a plus.

Great welcome, the host was very available. We had a small problem with the alarm system and the situation was resolved very quickly:)

Marc was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, providing clear instructions and helpful reminders throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the small details that made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommended!
