Wildlife often passes through — raccoons, owls, and occasionally even a bear. Some of the North Shore’s best mountain biking is just a block away. A quiet, unique retreat designed for rest, privacy, and nature.

New low bank waterfront one bedroom suite in lower level of house. All the advantages of a secluded waterfront location: swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and forest hiking. Yet only a 8 minute drive to Parkgate shopping Centre. Situated at the base of Mt. Seymour Provincial Park, with mountain biking trails. We offer a 650 sf suite , with one bedroom, and an additional fold out couch that sleeps two. Has a full bathroom with tub/shower. Use of kayak and Paddleboard.

This 1971 Airstream has been totally rebuilt into a super comfortable and memorable escape. It's a great couple's vacation, completely private on its own acre of land. There's a separate indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two.
