La Maison Madeleine, a charming 55 m² village house, completely renovated, combining authenticity and modern comfort. Located in Cazouls-lès-Béziers, on a quiet private cul-de-sac, it has a separate garage and immediate access to all shops: bakery, butcher shop, small supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, post office, gas station, and supermarket. Ideally located, it is only 10 minutes from Béziers, 20 minutes from the beaches, and 30 minutes from the Haut-Languedoc Nature Park.

It is sunny, quiet and has an unobstructed view of the fields and vineyards. Ideal for a group of friends or family with kids! Long walks possible around the house in the Capestang pond.
