A stylish guest suite located in the heart of the city of Courtenay. This one-bed, one bath suite is ground floor and fully loaded! W/D, full kitchen, a deep tub, heated bathroom tiles and all brand new. We are not finished our landscaping, but we have an inflatable hot tub in a cute designated patio area. The suite is a 30min drive from Mount Washington, minutes away from downtown, trails, rivers & lakes. Come and enjoy all the extras we provide and no clean up is required. Be our guests!

Cozy River Hideaway

The property is surrounded with giant evergreens situated on the quaint and quiet Quinsam river. With river front access. The suite is in a separate building on the property, very private. It has funky slate floors, skylights and 12 foot ceilings. A fully loaded kitchen, which comes stocked with coffee beans, and assortment of teas. A cozy separate bedroom. There are two decks one covered, both with table and chairs and a Barbecue. We also have a PVR for recording your favorite shows.

The suite is close to the Campbell River Golf Club, downtown area, just a drive away from the beach and lake, and a 45 minute drive to Mount Washington! Newly built 1 bedroom with king size bed, full kitchen, and living room with a futon. This includes washer and dryer, private entrance with side yard and outdoor furniture. Please know we are a family with a friendly dog.
