The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

Ottimo alloggio, situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Nei dintorni si trovano i servizi di base, piccoli supermarket inclusi. La casa è esteticamente ben arredata, con letti comodi e zanzariere alle finestre (particolarmente apprezzate, considerato che la zona è abbastanza infestata dalle zanzare). Il luogo inoltre dista pochi chilometri in auto da Durazzo. Con Ina ed Elio la comunicazione è stata ottima. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono mostrati sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio!

Güvenlikli bir site olması ve denize 50 metre olması çok güzeldi. Erion çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Bize kullanmamız için bir sürü eşya ve mutfak için birşeyler getirdi. Araç park yeri işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı.

I highly recommend this great apartment with a nice view from the seaside. It’s located close to the beach and has a lot of shops, restaurants and supermarkets around. Worth the stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at Jorgos’ place! The appartment was exactly like in the description🤌 A short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants🤝 Jorgos is a good host and we would highly recommend his place👍

Le séjour s’est bien passé, malgré quelques problèmes avec la barrière du parking et les travaux et la canalisation des toilettes. Logement problème, literie super, terrasse agréable et très grande avec même la tv dehors. La wifi fonctionnait correctement Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine

Es war die beste Wohnung wo wir übernachtet haben. Traumhafte Aussicht, alles sauber und super ausgestattet. 2 Betten am Strand inbegriffen… einfach wow. Das Personal war sehr nett und immer bereit zu helfen. Zani war einfach der beste! Immer erreichbar und super nett. Wie werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)

Ho passato una settimana a casa di dritan, ottima posizione per il mare e la casa era come descritta, pulita e moderna. È stata la prima volta in Albania e siamo stati davvero bene, purtroppo l'unica nota negativa era il mare non pulitissimo quando c'era vento e onde forti però assolutamente accettabile comunque per farsi un bagno. L'acqua è sempre bassa essendo l'adriatico e con mio figlio ero super tranquilla.
