Hello, My friend and I stayed there 2 days. The place is so peaceful and has everything you might need. They, hosts, were really friendly and helpful for us. Whenever we ask something, they respond really quickly. We didn’t face any issues either home or hosts. Also, we would love to stay there in summer again, i am sure the place will be more beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for accommodation in this area.

We loved Arbutus Cove Retreat so much, we stayed twice in one week! The perfect place to relax between Powell River and Desolation Sound adventures. Will definitely be back!

I can't say enough about this beautiful suite, and Angela was a fantastic host. The views are amazing (I saw eagles, whales, sea lions and more right from the patio), the suite has everything you could need or want, and it's impeccably clean and private. Texada is a fascinating and gorgeous island with interesting history and friendly locals. I would recommend Angela's place to anyone looking for a private and relaxing getaway, and will definitely be back. Thanks Angela!

Beautiful spacious home right on the water with lovely views. We enjoyed the peaceful, calming views, watching the changing tide (the little island almost disappears!), the ferry coming and going (very quietly), watching the seals that visited the tiny island, and venturing out at low tide to see what the tide brought in: lots of shells, driftwood, kelp, barnacles, purple sea stars, and red sea cucumbers. All that with a very comfortable, clean, well-appointed accommodation - a little slice of heaven! We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed - including all the staples and lots of spices. Location is wonderful - about a 25 minute drive from Powell River and with easy access to the BC Ferry from Saltery Bay to Earls Cove. There is a small grocery store and pizza place about 15 minutes away. Very private - we hardly ever saw the neighbor or any other people. Gosh, I can't say enough good things about Wendy's place!

Matt's place was quiet, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a great holiday. The unit was located on a beautiful cove and was very quiet. Matt provided a couple of kayaks that we used to explore the shoreline which was very fun.

Honestly what a wonderful stay it was, almost regret only having stayed 1 night. The space was spotless and actually even better looking in person than the pictures. Everything was thoughtfully laid out and the surroundings were so beautiful you’d think it was taken right out of a postcard. Great value for what you pay and Wendy was such joy to deal with - super helpful, responsive and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Kelly’s place is outstanding. We have stayed at his place a few times now and it’s a favourite in the area. The view is amazing, truly feels like you have the ocean and beach to yourself. Will keep coming back!

Wendy was friendly and quick to respond. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. And the resort grounds were well taken care of and peaceful. It was a great stay and would highly recommend this cabin.

The chalet was absolutely beautiful - spacious, cozy, and located right in front of the water! I would 100% recommend staying here. Wendy was the sweetest host - super helpful and went out of her way to accommodate both an early check-in and a later check-out for us. She even surprised me with the cutest mug for my birthday, how thoughtful is that?! Honestly, everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

This was an incredible space for our family to spend time together during the holidays. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach with incredible views! We saw seals each time we visited the beach. The house was very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved having enough bedrooms for each of our children to have their own space and the common spaces were large and comfortable for everyone as well. Loved it!

I would highly staying at Ashtyn’s it’s an amazing naturally, beautiful location and the house is exceptional. We enjoyed so much time sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean.

We enjoyed our 6-day stay at this cottage. It was quiet and peaceful, and very comfortable. It was also well-located for our explorations. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a good assortment of herbs and spices. We also appreciated having plenty of towels. The long-stay neighbours are friendly and helpful, including giving us information about the area. The binder in the cottage was also useful for this. A couple of tips for future guests: - the coffee maker is a Keurig, so bring pods if you want to use it - if you use the coat-hooks on the wall behind the cottage door, remember to check them before you leave - easy to not think of it in the flurry of packing up and leaving :-)

This place has gorgeous views of the water. They finishing were also really nice and well thought out. Beautiful terrorist. The hot tub overlooking the ocean. Generally really beautiful.

We loved our stay here. The view and the passing parade of seals and birds from right on the water’s edge were fabulous. Enjoyed the sauna and the wood stove heater. Kitchen was well stocked - important for us as we like to cook. Beds were comfy - and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the amenities and decor, which create a cozy environment. The roadworks a mile or so up the road weren’t a problem - no noise or hassle - just added a couple of minutes to the drive to Comox.

Amber was a great host. Beautiful location right on the water. Gorgeous views and plenty of wildlife. Would highly recommend.

We loved Ash’s place! We stayed here with two other families (5 kids under 5) and it was perfect. The place is gorgeous and the photos don’t do it justice. The basement floor is huge! There’s a sleeping space (no closed door option), ping pong room, an office and a separate lounge area with large sofa and tv. I really can’t say enough about this place. Big yard for kids to run around in, the beach at your doorstep, a hot tub, multiple spots to hang out and a big kitchen and pantry. The master is on the top floor and is gorgeous! We brought our own clip on high chairs and an extra pack and play (they provided one). Beware there are two sets of stairs so if you have small children or crawling babies, you’ll need to block them off. We didn’t have issue with this as we found things that worked and felt safe. Also, checking out was a dream! So straight forward and easy. We will definitely come back. What a gem of a place!

We had a great stay at Paulinas place for a late May weekend - pre-season on Savary Island, a beautiful time. The house is super nice, and as described. We had a good time on the local beaches (walking distance) as well as cycling across the island.

Patrick was very welcoming. Upon arrival gave us a quick run down. The property was behind beautiful and we can’t wait to return. Patrick let us know if activities happening and let us have a couple hour later to check out.
