Relax in this unique and quiet house on Prs. Benediktesvej B765. The room, located on the first floor of the house, has a fantastic view of the fjord and is in a quiet area. It is a maximum of a 10-minute walk to the city center. If the bus is running, it stops right outside the door. The kitchen and bathroom/toilet are shared with the two of us, Bent and Karina, and other tenants, as the room next door is also rented out. Extra beds are available, but for a fee if the other room is not available. Breakfast is included in the price.

Med den nye lufthavn i Qaqortoq er ”Det røde Hus” perfekt som base for alle de udflugter, der er et ”Must see” i Sydgrønland. Og så er Qaqortoq en smuk by at slappe af i. Huset er et charmerende klassisk farverig hus, som oprindeligt blev bygget til en familie på 6. Det er beliggende lidt op ad fjeldet med en fantastisk udsigt over fjorden, byen og de fjelde, der omgiver byen. Qaqortoq er ikke større end alt kan nås på en rask gåtur, hvor centrum og den gamle by kan nås på 10-15 minutter.

The house has three bedrooms and is ideal for families and groups of up to six people. It has a spacious central area with a full kitchen, dining room and living room that opens onto a large deck overlooking the fjord. Nuannivik has been extensively remodeled and modernized with all the comforts of home, including a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. All windows are new and the layout of the house has been altered to give the house a light, bright and open feel.

Huset ligger i Qaqortoq og er et klassisk 70’er-parcelhus i et roligt område med flot udsigt over byen, havet og fjeldene. Det er ideelt for familier, rejsende og mindre grupper, der ønsker en autentisk oplevelse af Sydgrønland i komfortable omgivelser. Boligen har en rummelig og funktionel indretning med god plads til afslapning efter dagens oplevelser. Her kan man nyde den smukke udsigt og den særlige arktiske stemning, når lyset spiller over landskabet.

Min bolig lægger tæt på natteliv, lufthavnen og centrum. Du vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigterne, placeringen og omgivelserne. Min bolig er god til par, forretningsrejsende og familier (med børn). VIGTIGT: Fra 1. januar 2026 opkræves der en overnatningsafgift på 30 DKK pr. person pr. nat for gæster, der ikke er bosat i Grønland. Afgiften betales separat efter booking af huset og går til de grønlandske myndigheder. Tak for jeres forståelse!
