This home is located in one of the absolute best locations in Ilulissat, where you can hear the sea just outside as well as the smell of the ice from Ilulissat Isfjord. It overlooks Ilulissat Isfjord, and from the house you can see boats sailing out onto the sea from the nearby harbor. If you're lucky, whales can see both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. It is easy to access winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.

The house is next door to the design shop Inuk Design, and is located in a quiet neighborhood in among traditional Greenlandic houses. There is a nice playground 300 meters from the house.
