Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Pyrgos Kallistis

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and it was a most welcoming and easy introduction to Athens. The neighborhood has a lot of pedestrian streets, loads of trees, beautiful buildings and a beautiful view on the acropolis. There are many great places to eat and drink nearby. Check-in was very easy, lobby and staircase of the apartment building are very clean and spacious. The apartment itself is an oasis! Very calm, cool and beautifully designed. It was spacious too, it has high ceilings and the rooms are generous in size. We felt right at home! Thank you Francee!

We had a great time in the accommodation. Everything was perfect! The host even arranged our return to the airport. The neighborhoods to visit are about 15-20 minutes' walk away. I recommend it.

Amazing stay! Wifi is great, we stayed for 5 weeks as a workaction. You can walk into the city centre in 20min and the subway is directly there so you can get into the city even faster. Great coffee spots and restaurants near by and in the street. The apartment is nice with an elavator. The view is amazing on the balcony!! At times the street can be a bit loud but we loved our stay!!! Very clean and Georgion and Zinovia were super friendly!

Close to OTE academy but far from downtown, ideal if you need to be in this area. Semi underground, spacious and comfortable. I was there alone for 2 nights. Clear instructions aside for check out which was in greek and non translatable. Host will fix it.

This is the perfect place to stay in Glyfada! You walk outside and you are in the main part of glyfada filled with cafes, restaurants, grocery stores. Prime location. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering very large and modern bathroom, a cute outside balcony which is beautiful at night, and a very nice bed and also a kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place and also re book in the future! Also the team were fantastic and promptly responded to all my messages.

This place was perfect for what we needed - a place to catch some zzz’s after a day of travel on ferries back from islands and before an early morning flight. It is walkable to the metro station that is only 2 stops away from the airport. We got into the place around 10 PM and were happy to find a fast food place that was open to get some late night gyros. In the morning, we passed several bakeries for breakfast on the way to the metro. The place was spotless and very spacious. It also has a huge back door deck. Overall, great stay! Thanks! Would recommend this to anyone needing a place for one night before or after traveling to/from the airport with early or late hours.

We had a wonderful stay- apt was as described. Very clean, had all amenities plus more. Another big plus is the location - we walked to all we wanted to see and do - major sites, restaurants and museum. Highly recommend.

Great house, with all the comforts, which meets all the needs and requirements. Extremely clean, spacious, in a quiet area, with many restaurants and cafes around. Mrs. Katie is wonderful and very helpful and proactive. He responded very promptly to every request, while before we arrived at the house he had sent us detailed information about what we can do in the area, about the food, etc. Definitely the next time we go down to Kalamata and the surroundings, we will prefer this house!

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this space! It had lots of charm and everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfectly centralized for any main attractions + lesser known things to do and see. Rachel and her mom were awesome and very accommodating. The cafe next door was so lovely, too. Thanks for such a comfortable stay for our first time in Athens.

We felt welcome right away. The welcome wine and the small snacks and water in the fridge also contributed to this. My absolute highlight was looking at the sea with my cup of coffee in the morning right on the beach. Thank you for everything, Kerstin & Horst

George was the perfect host. The place was accurately described, and we were steps from the beach. The mini market was a minute away, and the owner along with David were very helpful, too. George was responsive and there within 15 minutes when the front door blew shut and locked us out with our key, and phones inside. Such a pleasant man, we would definitely go back and stay at his properties. The people were so kind everywhere we went, and we terribly sorry to leave Naxos and Agios Prokopios especially.

We spent an amazing vacation at Nikos' AirBnB. The apartment is located a little bit up the hill (ca. 100m), but is easily approachable by car and even has a convenient way to access it by foot. Since it is not located in the city center, it is really quiet and the view on the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and offers everything you need - and even if it does not, Nikos is quick to sort you out. For example, we encountered that the provided parasol was broken and just a few hours later Nikos provided us a new one (thanks again!). Further, Nikos is really helpful with recommendations. Only the internet connection was really bad so if you're planning to work there, we would not recommend it. However, it is sufficient for a vacation.

A fantastic base for exploring Athens! From the beginning, Kostis was an incredibly pro-active host and he was key in making our stay so enjoyable, smooth and stress-free. His recommendations are excellent, and he was really helpful in arranging reliable taxi drivers and guides. He is truly a super-host with clear, accurate and timely communication. The apartment is conveniently located close to the main areas and historic sites of Athens, everything very accessible on foot (and also steps away from public transport). It is very clean and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable beds and all amenities should you wish to self-cater. However, there are so many great places for coffee and food close by if you want to experience wonderful Greek hospitality! It is also very quiet and peaceful even in such a central location. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, we will certainly choose it again for our next visit to Athens. Thank you Kostis!

Beautiful three night stay at Apanomeria Boutique Residence with Soritis end of October 2024. Fantastic communication with Soritis, helpful information appreciated throughout our vacation, journey! Lovely surroundings, warm spa Pool and hot shower. Lovely clean homely Apartment. Plentiful places to sit and relax. Walking distance to Sunset, restaurants and bars. We hired a ATV and drove to beaches on other side of Santorini. Beautiful bakeries across the island! Vasilli’s place had everything that you need to cook if you wanted to, not far to travel to the restaurants in Nafplio, and a balcony to relax on. Vasilli was very responsive to any messages .

This is in a great location if you want to be able to walk to all the must-visit places in Athens. Stella was very communicative and makes it easy for a flexible check-in time. We really appreciated her help with arranging for us to have a driver back to the airport as well. Wish there was a screen-door to the patio so we could let the fresh air into the house without letting bugs in, but that was minor as we didn’t spend too much time at the place since we were out and about most of the trip.

Great stay in Athens — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described!

Super nice contact! Questions were always answered very quickly. Taxi to and from the airport also worked very well. Upon arrival, the apartment was shown to us again and everything was explained. It was really all very clean and as shown in the pictures. The metro is super easy to reach in 5 minutes on foot and there is also a small supermarket nearby where you can buy something for breakfast, etc. We were very pleased and would book this apartment again. Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!
