In the Heart of Thessaloniki's University Campus, right next to the city center, the Kaftantzoglio Olympic stadium and 450m away from metro station, you will find a fully renovated, equipped, 27sqm cosy, one space apartment which offers a relaxing and comfy accommodation. Ideal for guests who travel with car as there is direct access to freeway, free street parking which is usually available in a max. radious of 50m. Not highly recommended for beach or summer destinations but still a stop over.

The house is located in the Kalamaria area. The metro and bus stops for the center of Thessaloniki are 1 minute away. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (a double bed and 2 singles). The apartment building is small, and I live two floors above for anything you might need.
