Alec and Anna were exceptionally gracious hosts and provided much insight to the area and things to do. They treated me like family. My experience was amazing in every way.

Great place to stay on the water with a great view of the river. The unit was spotless and couldn't be faulted. There is an omission from the website as the unit does come with a washer AND dryer (not always easy to find) which we found fantastic having spent time elsewhere beforehand. Both Bronwyn and Kathie were great to talk to and informative on the area and things to do. Definitely recommend our unit (B) which was was upstairs.

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. The place was perfect, clean and sunny and i loved the eco store products. Will def be back. Thank you!

Wonderful place. Hosts very kindly moved out booking due to a medical event. The place was perfect with a swim each morning and a walk up the mount. Will defiantly stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean—everything you could possibly need is provided, and all of it is high quality. Communication with the host was excellent, fast and friendly! We especially loved the cozy gas fire in the lounge, which added a warm and welcoming touch. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

So loved staying here it is so peaceful yet so close to the Mall with everything you need. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Caroline is amazing and takes great care of you, so quick to respond. Even though this place is on the same property as the owner it is private and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay & will certainly be booking again. The house was really well set up & warm on the cooler winter evenings. Everything was clean, well organized & easy to find spare blankets etc. Tania was easily contactable & friendly. We all left saying it was the best air bnb house we've stayed in by far!

We had an amazing stay here. We were a group of 2 families with 4 adults and 7 kids and it fitted us perfectly. The spa was a hit as was the big room downstairs with the tv. Great kitchen space with everything we needed. House was warm with heat pumps and heaters. We had all our bikes and felt safe leaving them on the cars overnight as the property is up a hill and relatively secluded. Amazing views! Hosts were responsive and helpful. We’ll be back again!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

Short drive from the airport, Close to lots of amazing cafes, the beach, and hot pools. Fantastic views from the top of Mount Maunganui - worth the climb. Hot pools were great to soak away any aches after the climb.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The best air bnb I’ve stayed in! It was so baby friendly and had so many great amenities. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so spacious!
