A downstairs private room with shared front door , a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette with fridge and microwave It's just a 5 min walk to the Greerton Village with op shops, cafes and general shopping. Just a 10 min drive to the CBD, 20 mins to Mount beach, 40 mins to Rotorua. We live upstairs with a friendly dog and a cat who thinks she's the queen. Our teenagers come home now and then but we keep noise to a minimum when guests are staying.

Really appreciate Hosts like Macina who offers fully fenced pet friendly property for dog owners like us have opportunity to travel with our furbabies. Even though it's a pet friendly airbnb, we couldn't smell anything when we entered the house. The house itself was also very clean and tidy. The beds and linen were so comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with most of the stuff we needed, so we really enjoyed our stay. Papamoa beach was in walking distance and it was BEAUTIFUL. Thanks again to Macina for being so helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this cozy airbnb, it's much more than what we have expected.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.
