Although the buildings are connected, the entrance, toilet, and cooking facilities are separate, allowing for an independent stay. Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area, so you can experience a barbecue with an electric grill (I don't use charcoal/bonfires due to the risk of wildfires). If you come with children, you can also do seasonal activities with owners like grandparents and grandparents in the countryside. The room is not spacious, so we recommend a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It's cramped for 3 or more adults. We also prepare breakfasts like home-style meals for those who request them (fees apply). On the way to Gangneung Sea, enjoy the countryside atmosphere and warm-heartedness.

This place is a 10-minute walk from the Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm, and in front of the pension, there is the National Forest of Korea, the best trekking course in Korea. In winter, it snows a lot, so you can see the wonderful snowy scenery. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to Yongpyeong Ski Resort. There is a Hoenggye Hanaro Mart 7 minutes away by car from the pension, and a convenience store 3 minutes away by car. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Gangneung. Take a break with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Daegwallyeong-myeon, known for its heavy snowfall, transforms into a wonderland blanketed with white snow during winter. It is home to Alpensia and Yongpyong Resort that serve as the stage of Snow Festival. My house was the official lodging of the organizing committee of the Olympic Games in Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics. They loved our accommodation very much.
