Hello Come and spend your holidays in a beautiful colonial villa by the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of this villa. On the ground floor there is a beautiful common shaded garden of 70 m² with a barbecue. The villa is 150 m from the beach and 150 m from the village square where there are many restaurants and bars. Our house, rated 3 stars, is located at the top of Réal, a village near Lake Puyvalador, in a green setting at the foot of a forest path that will lead you to the Col de Sansa. A few km from the Angles animal park and the Balnéo ski resort and spa, the monorail toboggan, 3 km from the Formiguères ski resort. On the ground floor: living room with a 2-seater sofa, dining room and functional kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms.
