Accommodation is on 3 levels (Lower Ground, Ground and Gallery), and has a full length balcony with southerly views of the harbour, Highland Railway, Menai Straits and Caernarfon Castle. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with contemporary furniture, a wood burning stove, and large galleried bedroom above.

Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but it is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge.
