This studio comprises a living room/bedroom, kitchenette, and shower room, as well as a garden and a 230-foot (23-meter) swimming pool in a co-ownership (meaning it is shared with other owners), open from June 15 and closed on September 30, 2026. The bedding was replaced in 2024; the bed is 140 x 190 with a box spring and a 22-cm mattress.
