La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Mountain-side chalet on 3 levels with panoramic view of the Capcir and wood-burning stove (wood provided). Master bedroom with a 140 cm bed and shower room/toilet with direct access to the outside and an interior staircase leading to the 25 m2 living room accommodating 6 people max with a bathroom and a toilet. On the top floor, 2 bedrooms: the 1st with a 90 cm bed and the 2nd with a 140 cm bed, 1 90 cm bed and a small desk. 10 min from Formiguères (Station and shops).

An ideal retreat for meeting with family or friends. Pets are allowed, and they can enjoy the mountain without restrictions. Sheets and towels are provided. If you want peace and freshness, enjoy a virgin mountain, walk through peaks and lakes on foot, ski or snowshoe, this is your paradise. For lovers of downhill skiing, Formiguères and Les Angles are still open 15 minutes away, and you can still enjoy sledding or cross-country skiing in what was our resort.

Best view – Le Petit Chalet – Ax-les-Thermes

I fell in love with this little piece of heaven. Magical in winter with the snow covering the cottage, but also in summer. I wanted to offer my guests a more modern atmosphere while preserving the vintage and "natural" aspect of the mountain. You'll feel right at home very quickly. The snow in winter can be intense, but the cottage remains easily accessible (car equipment for snow, mandatory in winter: tire socks/chains/or snow tires🛞)

Enjoy our warm chalet L'Igloo in Puyvalador, in the heart of Capcir⛰️. Ideal for a winter holiday thanks to its proximity to the ski resorts of Formiguères and Les Angles. From spring, explore the forests for porcini mushrooms and enjoy many hikes from the cottage or watch the deer slab in the fall. The chalet, accommodating up to 7 people, has a large room with equipped kitchen and relaxation area with panoramic mountain views.
