excellent we, perfect setting, quiet and diverse garden. clean and convenient studio... we would have liked to stay longer than a weekend. It was perfect, thank you so much.

We had a great time with friends at the Cocon des Marais! There is nothing to complain about, the accommodation is of a high quality, nothing was missing, everything is new and maintained, and even if the check-in/check-out is independent, Laurent was welcoming and responsive by message. It's the perfect place to recharge for a weekend, and the neighborhood is really peaceful. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! Finally, Romain is very responsive, attentive, and will be good advice to tell you where to treat! Really a great week, we will come back without a problem!!! Where do I start? Michele is very attentive to the cleanliness of the accommodation. My wife and I have done a multitude of Airbnbs and it is undoubtedly one of the cleanest. The accommodation is more than well equipped, nothing is missing, everything is designed to offer a comfortable and convenient stay. Another striking point is the attention to detail. Michel is clearly passionate about his home, and it shows in every corner. You almost feel like you're staying in a small museum as everything is so carefully arranged and decorated. Another major asset: the location. Just across the street from a playground, which is great if you're coming with family. And despite this proximity, the soundproofing is impressive: once inside, you hear absolutely nothing, which allowed us to feel perfectly calm and at home. A huge thank you to Michel for this great experience, we'll be happy to go back!
