Le Candeze

After renovation of the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we have rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it a 100 m2 apartment with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Quiet,rest,freshness awaits you in,inside or old paving, stone vault,old doors,antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a big adjoining park.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Gaillac is a small town in the heart of a famous vineyard, surrounded by magnificent bastides, on the banks of the Tarn, 15 minutes from Albi and 30 minutes from Toulouse. Numerous activities: swimming in the Tarn, gabarre cruise, hiking, multiple tours... wine tasting in the surrounding vineyard and at the Maison des Vins... The independent chalet is located on our 7000 m² plot of land adjoining our house.

The Forge , is a large beautifully renovated village house , which as its name suggests used to be the village Forge. The Medieval village of Salles is a pretty , relaxed and friendly place surrounded by lush woodland and flowery meadows , a delight! Sit out in the sun on the terrace , lounge by the pool or retire to the cool kitchen. All our beds are comfy and our bathrooms luxurious!
