This peaceful 63 m2 accommodation located 500 m from the Canal Latéral de la Garonne will offer you a beautiful 35 m2 living space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...), a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the pool, which is shared with our house and heated in the early season. In the heart of a green setting, a soothing place, cocooning, quiet but close to all shops and the medieval city of Bazas. Bordeaux is 35-40 min away, the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the Ocean are about 1h15, the Graves and Sauternais vineyards are 10 minutes away. Our 55m2 apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a seating area (with TV and wifi), a spacious bedroom, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. An outdoor space to enjoy the garden.
