LARGE COTTAGE WITH POOL – A LOT OF CHARM

Come and enjoy unique moments with family and friends around the pool at the foot of Puy l'Evêque and in a green setting. Our cottage will offer you all the leisure activities to relax: campfire, petanque court, trampoline, American pool table, air hockey, foosball table... The Lot, rich in villages to visit, specialties to taste, flamboyant markets, hikes and bike paths, allows you to recharge your batteries for as long as you like, according to your desires.

Never two without rooftops

Beautiful family house in the city center with a double terrace with magnificent views of the medieval rooftops of the city. The Lot is a few hundred yards away with canoes, electric boats for rent. Following flights, bed LINEN is now PROVIDED with surcharge (no towels),. A bail of 800E will be requested. Bonaguil Castle a few kms away. Max. capacity 5/6 pers. Church in the village = bells by day !! Do not book if it bothers. Thank you !

Studio in a quiet area

Here is a single-storey studio on the ground floor of my house, with an exceptional view, quiet but very close to the city center and the shops of Puy l 'Evêque. Guests can enjoy a large covered terrace with garden furniture, a bedroom and an independent and private bathroom/toilet. I have arranged my cellar in a "basic" kitchen, not great luxury, but functional and reserved for rental. PS bedding is new (September 2024)

The house comprises: On the ground floor: - Entrance - 3 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds) - Bathroom (walk-in shower + bathtub + toilet) Upstairs: - Large living room - Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, American fridge, washing machine) - Toilet - Covered terrace (gas barbecue/grill, dining and relaxation area). Beautiful view of the old stone buildings of the historic district.

The accommodation is a fully renovated cottage in the middle of nature. You will appreciate the quiet of the place, ideal for relaxation. In addition, the surroundings offer many activities.
