Peace, good feeling in the countryside

The log house has fresh air, you'll get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. Nice, sauna-like townhouse apartment in a quiet area about 5km from the city center. There is 1 parking space in the yard and a bus stop nearby. There is a view of the city's public sandy beach from the backyard. Approximately 100 steps through the forest, 0.5 km along the road. One bicycle is available for use during the visit. I hope that guests will follow the rules of the housing association and live in my home with respect. One of the rooms in the apartment is locked and not available to guests.

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is next to shopping centers, conveniently close to all services. It is easy to get there and easy to leave, by bus, train and car. Private parking space next to the door. The apartment is on the top floor of the elevator house, on the quiet courtyard side and has a spacious balcony. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a Chromecast and a large 4K TV. The double bed can be divided into two beds and the sofa bed is 140 cm.

Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).
