Four bedroom, 3 full bath ranch in beautiful neighborhood minutes from campus and restaurants. Two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with full size bed on the main floor—each with its own full bathroom. Fully finished basement has two bedrooms that share full bathroom. Family room with TV both upstairs and in the basement. 2 friendly cats live in the home and will be present. This is our primary home so please keep that in mind 😊
