Newly renovated vacation home in a very quiet area in the south of Menorca, Son Ganxo. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one outside), a large kitchen and living room, and a very nice outdoor area. Two bedrooms with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), two bedrooms with two twin beds that share an indoor bathroom and another full bathroom (with a shower) outside. All the furniture is new, a fully renovated house.

Very elegant apartment, decorated in Menorcan style, well located in Playas de Fornells, close (10-minute walk) to the family beach of Cala Tirant, and with spectacular views of the sea and Cap de Cavalleria. The 3 bedrooms are designed as suites worthy of a boutique hotel: they all have their shower rooms, toilet, dressing room and office area, as well as beautiful windows with unobstructed views, which can be obscured by curtains and shutters. Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was ideal for us as a couple (although it does have a second bedroom for a family). The views from the apartment are sensational and it is not directly overlooked so very peaceful. It is well positioned, being very close to Fornells and its restaurants and mid way between Mahon and Ciutadella for exploring. Also close to Son Parc golf if you like your golf. Christian the host is very helpful and communicative with some great recommendations for restaurants etc.

Ana's house is adorable, perfectly located next to the historic city center. It's exactly as described. Exchanges with Ana were very fluid and simple. if we have to return to Menorca we know where to go. we recommend.

We were delighted to find so many things included in the package. A well maintained pool, a super jacuzzi, everything you could ever need in the kitchen ( that we frequently used ) aircon in most rooms. Double glassing all over. The locality has a host of restaurants and bars within minutes as well as supermarkets with freshly baked bread. Yet the area of the villa is mainly quiet The beach is well reported on line and is brilliant. We highly recommend this villa.

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The house offers everything for a nice vacation, in addition there are games and umbrellas for the beach, which you would otherwise have to buy. Communication with the landlady was great and straightforward, she also speaks German very well. The location between the beach of Cala Agulla and the town of Cala Ratjada It was perfect for our needs.

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Very cozy apartment with a great patio, it is just as described in the listing. If one day you want a beach break, the communal pool is very large, and if it is wonderful. We will certainly repeat it again. Antonia, the hostess was helpful at all times. We had a stay of 10.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We were received in a very friendly manner and we received many good tips. Even when we had a problem with the safe, we were quickly helped. The location of the apartment was quiet in our season and the way to Ciutadella was about 35 minutes on foot along the beautiful coast to the harbor.
