Cozy villa with views in Punta Prima, Menorca

Beautiful and cozy villa with pool and ocean views very close to the beach. The house is distributed in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning throughout the house. The master suite has a separate entrance and two terraces overlooking the ocean. It has a nice pool area as well as several chill-out areas where you can rest depending on the time of day and the shade. It is very close to the beautiful Punta Prima beach, which can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

It is a pleasure to offer you this old and typical country house, in a rural setting. Sa Tanca has been remodeled and is perfectly conditioned to enjoy both inside and outside with its pool, barbecue, terraces, shaded areas and excellent views, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The pellet fireplace and heating in the bathroom ensure a warm atmosphere to enjoy the house in winter as well. It has 2,300m2 of private land.

Los Olivos is a vacation home on the edge of a quiet and local cove. You can cross the street to swim in the crystal clear waters or take a paddle or kayak tour left graciously at your disposal. The house has been carefully decorated to make you feel good right away, the bedding chosen for a restful rest. All exteriors have sea views and many places have been arranged in the shade or in the sun for a restful idleness.

From the terrace, you can see the typical Menorcan white houses of Playas de Fornells framed by the sea and in the background, Cabo de Cavallería and its impressive lighthouse. The apartment is located just a 5-10 minute walk to Cala Tirant beach.

Home has three air conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms (two ensuite) and all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, private garden, pool, and barbecue. Three minute walk to the sea. There is a Balearic Sustainable Tourism (Ecotax) of €2 per person per day. This will be collected after checking in
