Condo vacation rentals in Punta Negra

Absolutely beautiful condo with a great view. Space was just perfect. Fantastic staff with a great pool and bar. We will be back to this Condo with certainty.

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

Es de los primeros departamentos que a mi punto de vista estuvo súper completo. Me he quedado en otros departamentos en la playa y este me sorprendió porque contaba hasta con sombrilla, carrito y sillas para pasar un día en la playa. Esta súper completo en todos los sentidos, realmente no te hace falta nada, eso a mi parecer se me hizo increíble. La playa la verdad no es la más bonita ya que estaba complicado ingresar por tantas piedras, pero Justo a un lado está la manzanilla y no le pide mucho. Todo el tiempo Alejandro estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y nos apoyaba con cada duda que teníamos, excelente persona. Sin duda volvería a regresar a este mismo lugar.

Un lugar muy cerca del centro de Sayulita en la calle principal. Coinciden las amenidades que con lo que anuncian y es buen lugar para descansar. Ellos siempre están al tanto de lo que necesitas y el hecho de que tenga estacionamiento es muy funcional y práctico.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Claudia went above and beyond for us. Her communication was amazing and very attentive to our needs. The unit and property was truly stunning. I would highly recommend Claudia and her special property. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful, peaceful space with thoughtful touches and an incredible ocean view. I highly recommend and already want to return. The design of the space is simply beautiful and so elegant you never want to leave. Plus the shower overlooking the greenery, TV and great coffee and treats! Monica has created something truly special.

This place was perfect for pool lounging and taking in the amazing views it has to offer! Nicely equipped gym. Beautiful jacuzzi on balcony.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Un departamento increíble, le vista es preciosa y es muy cómodo, me llamo la atención la seguridad que tienen en el área de albercas e ingreso a la playa, realmente me sentí cómoda ya que fui de viaje con mi mejor amiga y nuestros hijos. está completamente equipado y céntrico. Me sentí en casa.

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

We had a wonderful stay here! This condo is in the most perfect location you could ask for. All the best food and bars are within a block or two of this building, with the beach only a few blocks away. The unit itself was spacious and beautiful. You can’t beat the living room balcony view! We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool and views. David’s kitchen was extremely well stocked with all seasonings and utensils you could possibly need and then some. The bed was also extremely comfortable. In coming to PV for 30 years, I typically find the mattresses a bit too firm for my liking here but this one was perfect. Can’t wait to come back here!

We had a wonderful time and hardly recommend this place, which is very clean and secure and relaxing. Jon was always very friendly , respectful and responsive when we have questions.

This place is just as described. It is beautiful and has the most scenic view. Waking up to the ocean views right from the bed and being able to see the sunset without having to walk to the beach were a highlight. The host is very communicative and helpful. Their instruction manual and recommendation were very useful in finding great spots to eat and hangout. I'd highly recommend this place for a couple looking to spend time in San pancho.

I was glad to have found this listing as I booked the day of going. The space was exactly as pictured the swimming pools that were on the property were great especially the rooftop swimming pool. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The home was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay at Casa de Surf and we would never look elsewhere in Punta de Mita. The space is beautiful, comfortable and so convenient for experiencing the friendly atmosphere and welcoming town. Candice is an excellent host who makes traveling to her home easy and essentially seamless. She provides great information, recommendations and all the comforts of home. Visiting Punta de Mita and Casa de Surf will delight you and exceed your expectations. We were well cared for by the guards at the gate, who became our friends. We also received a referral for a private driver who took us to Puerta Vallarta, Sayulita and the airport. He is personable, courteous, dependable and a safe driver. This was a very beautiful place. My family enjoyed it very much. I was a bit dissapointed with the elevators not working and having to hike up and down the stairs. Other than that the views are breaktaking. The house is super nice, spacious, and comfortable. I will definately reccommend this to everyone except people with a dissability ( just because theres alot os stairs, if the elevators work again then yes it is for everyone)

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Sara was very sweet and helpful and the main room has an incredible window/wall that lets in all the fresh air and fun sounds of the neighborhood.

Definitely a FIVE STAR experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our choice of refreshments. Furthermore, Laura and Jonathan were super accommodating and welcoming. In terms of the property itself, the apartment’s furnishings and decor are elegant and upscale. The common areas are also very upscale with a high sense of exclusivity. Definitely will book again!
