Monthly Rentals in Punta La Bandera

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back! It’s a gated apartment complex right on the beach. We had everything we needed at the apartment and Nelmarie and her husband were very responsive and helpful to us. Very close to stores and restaurants down the road, and a bigger, deeper beach with food trucks only a mile away. A very private and quiet area. We have two teenagers and a 1 year old and it was perfect for our baby because the beach right here is super shallow and no waves and she could play right in it. There’s a beach a little walk down with waves if your kids want to play in the waves, or we really loved the $4 beach a mile away to swim deeper in. No waves at all there either. This place is very close to El Yunque rainforest so we easily explored different spots there a lot of our days. Not too far of a drive from the airport or Old San Juan either. We really liked this spot and it’s the best beach area we’ve visited yet. A great East Coast home base!

My husband and adult sons and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect and the patio with bbq grill that backed up to the forest was absolutely lovely. All of the needed beach gear was included including water shoes which was awesome because we forgot one pair and so everyone was able to walk in the water comfortably. The beach is spectacular and only steps away and even though we were there for the island wide power outage we felt safe and had plenty to do. Would definitely stay here again

Absolutely incredible, highly recommend! The beach was amazing, perfect for Young kids. The condo was perfect- very clean, well stocked kitchen, had beach toys/chairs/umbrella. The host was extremely kind and flexible. Would 100% stay here again!! We miss it so much.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! The best location to enjoy PR for a week. Access to best beaches and walking to restaurants. This airb&b not only nails the basics (clean towels and bedding), but they have thought of all your needs during your stay including a kayak, snorkeling gear down to a toaster and bug spray! Loved the patio morning and night! A+
