Dispone de amplia y soleada terraza, espectaculares vistas al mar, a la playa de El Arenal,a La Punta del Hidalgo y la montaña y con una magnífica puesta de sol y cuenta, además, con con pequeño jardín con césped y flores. Todo privado. Dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas individuales ;apto para cuatro personas. Recientemente reformado y equipado con todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en casa. Vitro, horno, microondas, TV plana, cafeteras, exprimidor, minipimer, tostadora,secador de pelo, Hi Fi, lavadora etc. A diez minutos caminando a la espectacular playa de El Arenal, o a las maravillosas piscinas naturales de Bajamar. Parada de guagua a 25 metros. Disfruta de una copa en la terraza dejándote llevar por la brisa Del Mar, mientras contemplas la puesta de sol enfrente de ti o saborea un delicioso desayuno, observando a los jóvenes surfeando la cresta de las olas en el mar, y, por supuesto, broncéate tumbado en una hamaca, mientras lees un libro, en el horario que quieras, ya que tendrás sol desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer, dada la configuración de su espectacular terraza.
