One double bed and two individual beds stuck together. 2 large bathrooms + guest bathroom. There is also a third room (office) which can be used as a bedroom. Fully equipped with everything you need. This is a complex located in front of Marina del Este Beach. Magnificent ocean views, quiet area with private beach access and five minutes from La Herradura. A third floor with an elevator, fully equipped, with wonderful views from the terrace, with a swimming pool (open during summer months), parking, and surveillance cameras that are located on the access stairs to each block and in the common areas of the development. Ideal for diving and water sports.
