Comes with a fantastic community pool with views of the sea which is open all year round apart from if there is any maintenance. A fully equipped self-catering house sleeping 4. Situated in an exclusive area of Punta de la Mona in La Herradura. It's quaint with narrow, slightly steep roads leading to each house & surrounded by flora. It's these things which give it it's name, Punta de la Mona. It's quiet, peaceful & very relaxing. La Aldea is a little paradise & a chance for escapism.

Casa en Urbanización privada, con acceso directo a la playa Marina Playa, a 200 metros del Puerto Marina del Este. Casa en tres plantas, con tres grandes terrazas y cuatro dormitorios. Excelentes vistas al mar y a la montaña, piscina y parking privado comunitario en la misma urbanización. La temporada de piscina es del 1 de junio al 15 se septiembre, y el horario es de 10:30 a 15:00, y de 16:00 a 20:30. La casa cuenta con red wifi privada, Movistar plus y sistema de seguridad.
