Comfortable apartment on the 7th floor with spectacular ocean views, beautiful beach, fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, dining room, living room with sofa and TV, WiFi, refrigerator, full kitchen, fan, balcony with a beautiful ocean view, 2 pools for children, 1 pool for adults. We are in the Milina sector. The condominium is called Torre Oceánica and we are 1 block from the Hosteria el Faro and 4 blocks from the Supermaxi.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with decorative pillows, complemented by a modern sofa. Large glass doors provide an ocean view and access to a balcony with a hammock. Natural light enhances the serene atmosphere, complemented by a potted plant and artwork on the wall.
