nice, large and very clean aparment. easy to park car on the street just in front of the entrance gate. I really reccomend this place.

Rota is a bit of a strange place. One end has quaint streets, old buildings, lots of people and no parking. The other end where the apartment is is full of empty apartments, no people, easy parking, great beaches and all the big supermarkets you could ask for. It's like a popular seaside town with no people and no charm. Having said that we found it great. Underground parking felt secure for the car. Apartment had everything but was a bit of strange layout. Pool area looked good but had ducks and algae in it when we were there but maybe it's only from June onwards. Balcony not very private and there is no locksafe key, a nice man called Pedro meets you and shows you around to give you the key. Be aware when leaving, you need the keys to get into the car park and out of the car park so you need to get the car out and then go back to the apartment to drop off the keys. Altogether was good value and a good base to visit Cadiz, Jerez, Puerto.
