Victor is a super friendly and straightforward host. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the large terrace and the location, it is really right on the sea. That was just great with a toddler, because you could also "quickly" go to the beach without always having to carry everything with you. We were there from the end of May to mid-June and at least during this time, the beach was always incredibly empty (except on weekends, but even then I didn't find it very crowded.) A rental car is necessary, if only because you have the opportunity to explore the beautiful cities in the area. We particularly liked the manageable rota. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you might need. I think we weren't there for the last time. Thank you Victor for making us feel right at home!

We had an amazing stay. The place was as announced and Ana is a great host. We enjoyed everyday and even got freshly made bread from Ana’s husband, which was just delicious. Thanks also to Manu for the warm welcome and friendly check in. We look forward to come again :)

Very nice apartment, equipped with everything (including beach chairs!), small but very well organized (and well-stocked kitchenette) 5 meters from Cadiz beach! The area is full of restaurants and activities of all kinds and for all budgets.

A great place for your visit to Sanlucar - right by the beach and an easy walk to the centre of town for the bars and bodegas. Clean and comfortable, and Luisa was always quick to respond to messages.

We had a good family vacation experience at Gabriel's house. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a quiet vacation by the beach in a house with excellent conditions.

Best accommodation of my entire stay in Andalusia. Very good location next to the central market with plenty of small restaurants. Everything is on foot: Beach and monuments. In addition, there was coffee, water, soda and beer in the fridge at our disposal, as well as jam and butter. Conception also ordered a taxi for our return. An exceptional host. If I come back to Cadiz, I want to return to this apartment.

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect villa with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. a very enjoyable walk to the beach with some local bars that served good food and beer!

Wonderful apartment, right on the beach, close to many restaurants and wineries. Very clean and fully equipped. The Host will always be available to help. On top of that, and without us knowing in advance, the Feria de la Manzanilla was taking place right next to the apartment. Wonderful

We had a great time with the family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well-equipped, which made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. We're thinking of repeating it next year! 😊

We spent about 2.5 months in Javier's apartment in Costa Ballena over winter for the sun. Javier is a very caring, friendly and helpful host. We drove to Spain during a natural disaster and he provided safer, alternate routes. He was always very responsive to our questions and any problems we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend Javier as a host! The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. Over winter, many shops are closed, but we loved that Costa Ballena was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, including basic groceries (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, spices, etc.). We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the views of the sea and golf course from the third floor! The heating worked well. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and if something broke, it was quickly repaired. The underground parking was very convenient, but park in the assigned bay!

Maria Jesus was extremely helpful during the booking process. We greatly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful and spacious villa. It was very clean and the kichen was well stocked with everything you would need. The yard is amazing with a lovely pool and seating area. It is steps away from a gorgeous beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the stay, the ocean views were spectacular and the apartment is very nice and is in a quiet area. David was quite attentive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, close to restaurants and with an amazing view. Only problem was the garage, they did warn me before arriving that it only fits a small car, but I only have one car so I had to go with it and finally pay for parking in a garage nearby. They could improve the listing by having photos of the narrow street and the garage elevator, and some measurements. Otherwise we loved this place, clean and cozy, great location.

The stay was excellent. The communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly from the moment. The apartment was impeccable: clean, well maintained and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. What I would highlight most is the brightness of the place, a lot of natural light enters and it gives a very pleasant feeling! Without a doubt, I would recommend and repeat.

This top floor apartment is fully equipped, clean and spacious and was perfect for our party of three. The local host Nono was very helpful and flexible with arrival and departure times. The parking space was very secure under the building and just big enough for our small SUV (Nissan Juke). All in all an excellent place to stay. Thank you

Great apartment, clean, well presented - looked just like the photos. Very quiet, we appreciated the blinds as they kept the bedroom dark and quiet (in addition to the double glazed windows). The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It is in a central location and very easy walk to the Mercado, super markets and the water front. We had a lovely stay and Susana was very responsive from booking until checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

Jesus was a fantastic host & his home was perfect for our stay. He made us feel very welcome, he was kind, attentive & very responsive when we had a quick question. We felt very much at home. The property was within walking distance of a neighborhood grocery store, the promenade, the beach, the ferry &, a little further down, numerous restaurants. I could not have asked for more !
