The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and the steep garden was extensively restored in almost 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! You can rent the whole house with 6 double rooms (each room has its own attached bathroom) and so be all to yourself. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Winter (unter 5°C) ist der Whirlpool leider nicht nutzbar.

The cozily furnished house offers all kinds of possibilities for a great vacation on the Moselle – entirely according to taste and mood, because it has it all. A parking space in front of the house, a small balcony and a small garden are available for your stay. The cottage itself has two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen and bathroom and via a small narrow staircase you can reach the balcony as well as a living room and a bedroom. There is also a desk for working.
