Apartment in the center of Granada, a few meters from the Albaicín neighborhood. The building is from the 17th 17th century, with a central Andalusian-style courtyard. Located near Puerta Elvira, Gran Via, the Cathedral, Jardines del Triunfo, and other places of interest. The apartment has good access and bus stops are very close. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Carmen is a lovely, pleasant and very attentive person, I couldn't have imagined a better place to sleep in Granada :)

The place is the perfect spot for a visit to Granada. The views of the Alhambra are stunning, and the accommodations are very comfortable. Not a complaint at all, but--never having visited Granada before--I did not really understand the idea that access by car was not feasible. Now I do understand, and we really could not have comfortably driven up to the unit even to drop off luggage. The walk from the parking garage, however, was very safe and easy--even late at night. If you want a memorable and picturesque visit to Granada, this is for you.

Very clean accommodation with a beautiful environment. We enjoyed eating and resting in the garden in the shade of the lemon trees. No worries about parking in the nearby streets. Pilar was very welcoming, giving us clear instructions. Small attention in the fridge very appreciable Small downside, noisy air conditioning in the bedrooms. Recommended place to stay

Ani does an amazing job giving directions. Her place can be tricky to get to, but she is incredibly proactive in giving very detailed directions on getting both to the parking and the apartment. The apartment is exactly as described with shopping and restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Ani is a fantastic host. I highly recommend her place of you're in Granada.
