This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

We've rented numerous vacation homes, and Jill's is an absolute stand-out! Every detail has been thought of in the wonderful kitchen, the beautiful bedrooms, the living spaces and all of the indoor and outdoor recreation for all ages. We stayed there for Va Tech graduation and wish we'd had more time at the house to enjoy everything. The screened porches are amazing. We spent lots of time out there, watching wildlife around the lake, listening to birds, playing games, and even enjoying a rainstorm. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb more than exceeded our expectations - the countless amenities, gorgeous scenery, and amazing hosts made the weekend experience one to remember! As a bonus, it was a close distance to Radford University where we were visiting for our son’s graduation. We would consider coming back just to visit this spot again… Highly recommend!

Unique Stay in a Blue Bird Bus! What a one-of-a-kind experience! The campsite was peaceful and beautifully set in nature, and the converted Blue Bird bus was such a cool and cozy place to spend the night. The fireplace outside was a dream—perfect for relaxing under the stars. Inside, the bed was super comfy, and the shower area was amazing. I even had a warm, refreshing shower early in the morning before hitting the road. A special shoutout to Audrey for the surprise 10-minute photoshoot with my Tesla and the vintage bus—such a fun and thoughtful touch! This spot was the perfect overnight rest stop on my long drive back to Virginia. Thank you for hosting such a special stay!

What a gem Lake Daze is. Tim and Melissa are the most gracious host. Trust me when I say pictures don’t prepare you for how incredible this home is. We felt as if we were visiting family not a rental. The house is clean, incredibly equipped and every area is perfectly decorated. The beds are so comfy with high end linens. We spent so much time on the main deck it was perfect dining and lounging. The men really enjoyed fishing off the dock. It is a very peaceful location! Highly recommend!

Beth’s guest house was the perfect escape from town. She was super flexible and understanding about our later arrival, and she left lights on so we could enter easily. The rooms were perfectly decorated, and the full bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept well, enjoyed a great cup of coffee (with all the necessary ingredients provided by her), and enjoyed a restful morning before heading out. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer and enjoy the property!

The Fishermans Haven with Private Dock

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay very much. The private dock into the lake provided enjoyable swimming opportunities! The view and wildlife were beautiful. Barbara was quick to answer our messages during our stay. The home was cozy and slept very well. Overall, I would recommend this place to family & friends. In the area, I do recommend “Hank’s Drive In” & “Tom’s Drive In” for great food! I also recommend “The Curious Quill” for shopping! Thank you.
