Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Unit 2 Victorian Cottage Near Central High

This restored 1905 Victorian duplex cottage is two blocks from Little Rock Central High School in the heart of the historic district. It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Historic Heron @ChesterNests

Welcome to The Historic Heron at Chester Nests! The Heron is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor’s Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. Welcome to the Hillcrest Hideaway, our sweet backyard carriage house located in the Historic Hillcrest area of Little Rock. This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride.

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
