The house is an old girls' school with two floors, newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms. The village is surrounded by mountains, rapids and wine fields. Mediterranean Sea within 45m. Prime location in a lovely village alongside the Canal du Midi & only 20min from Carcassonne, Canal view has a view over the lock at Marseillette. The gîte has it's own private patio overlooking the canal for outside dining with a stone BBQ and sunbeds.
