The apartment includes a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer, a water heater and Starlink. Located in a quiet and central area, feel at home in paradise!

The house is spacious, ventilated and with a nice view when having large windows. You will find privacy as there are no neighboring neighbors, tranquility and security as it is located in a residential neighborhood, away from the noise and just an 8-minute walk from the village. We are 3 blocks from the arrival dock where the Concha de Perla visiting site is also located, which is a beautiful place for snorkeling. PS: THERE IS NO PET IN THE HOUSE.
