Beautiful 1 bedroom 2 full bath apartment in the new Pavilion luxury building, located in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. 4th floor with a sunny balcony and living room. You are in the heart of the Romantic Zone with its restaurants, galleries, bars, and music places. Whether you want to go to the beach, the Malecon, or one of the many cafes, it is all within walking distance. Ideal for 2-4 people. Includes parking (which is hard to get here!) in case you have a car to explore the area.

Unit has wifi and smart tv (no cable yet), washer, dryer and full kitchen. There is a balcony facing an interior courtyard. On weekend nights there is some noise from a club behind the building, the unit is on third floor but you do get some noise, there is limited natural light as it faces an interior courtyard.

A spacious room features a king size bed, with a light duvet and decorative cushions. Comfortable seating is arranged thoughtfully around a table. Large windows showcase ocean views, framed by airy curtains, while a plant adds a touch of greenery to the inviting space.

Location is 5 blocks from Malecon Downtown, you can walk the hill if you like to but there is also taxi cabs available for good price to go around the location or beaches. You can enjoy the house in the middle of the mexican neighborhood and will find many places to explore very close to the location. Feel freek to ask me anything!
