Tim’s place is great, it’s a convenient location, with good WiFi, a quick walk to the beach, and super clean.

Erickson is super friendly, polite, diligent, my travel companions and I were really surprised by his attentiveness, 100/10. He made recommendations for places and was always attentive to our stay. The apartment is super complete, very well equipped, comfortable, we had everything we needed, the location is the best I've been to in Las Terrenas and I've come multiple times. I would definitely stay here again when I return, hoping it's available.

Nice lower level condo with huge patio in front with super easy access to the main pool and restaurant. I spent two nights there and enjoyed the super comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

This is my third time staying in Anthony’s place! He is always responsive & everything has been great each time i’ve visited!

The apartment is within a block on the private playa bonita residences. The design of the apartment is very stylish and equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. The location is close to the beautiful playa bonita beach (4-5 mins) and from there you can access beach loungers and a pool which we used for our kids all with a wrist band you get given on arrival. There are some good restaurants located on the beach including Mosquito and Marea where service is v friendly. There is a small and basic bodega 15 min walk to get some provisions but would recommend the bigger supermarket for a larger shop which can be reached by taxi or car. Overall a great stay would recommend!

Our host Desirée was very helpful and responsive. She always replied swiftly. We had some last minute requests, such as postponing the checkout and scheduling a taxi, and she helped us immediately without any problems. She also gave us a lot of tips and recommendations. Highly appreciated. The apartment is located close to the beach (5min. walk), restaurants (7-10min.), and mini supermarkets (10min.) which we found very convenient.

The apartment is very comfortable for families. We had a very pleasant weekend, the complex's facilities are well maintained, having the beach in front is a plus. Arianna was very attentive from the beginning. We will definitely be back

One of the biggest highlights was having cleaning included throughout our stay. It made everything so effortless and allowed us to truly unwind without worrying about anything. The home was always spotless and felt like a private resort experience. The hosts , Edoardo & Olga were incredible — friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. From clear check-in instructions to great local recommendations, they thought of everything to make sure our trip was seamless and stress-free. Really nice place to stay, great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. The host was really attentive, and answered fast if I had any questions. I will definitely rent this place again for my next trip.

Amazing full kitchen! Great flowers on the premises. Warm shared pool. And lovely apartment layout right by one of the best beaches on the island. We are definitely hope to stay in this Airbnb in the future!

Everything was excellent, the truth is that the security and peace that you feel in the place is indescribable…… It was worth every peso paid…. all the staff in the common areas were very friendly and the restaurant of the complex 1A

I've been to this apartment 3 times now. I've also stayed at other condos in the same complex, all since 2015. Security guards, gardener & cleaning personel all k ow me.. I like the location as it's close to the beach & groceries. It's walkable ....no need for moto concho or taxi.

My stay with my family was great, the apartment was super clean, quiet and spacious. Carolina was very friendly and always attentive to us. I recommend it♥️.
