Villa Uno is everything described and more. I would stay at this location time and time again. It beautiful, it’s near everything, it has everything in the kitchen I needed to cook. Everything worked! Sonia response time was perfect and Daniel her maintenance person is extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is literally 2 minute walk and restaurants as well. It’s a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and 20 to a large grocery store. Me and my family couldn’t have been happier at this Villa. And if you are worried about safety don’t be!! I walked this neighborhood at night and never felt unsafe or scared.

Very clean and a great location - minutes walk to the Sirena store for groceries and to the Malecon. Yakayra was always very responsive, excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I loved this Airbnb. Central, close to the supermarket, bus stop, beach, restaurants near the area and tourist places to visit. You can walk to all the places mentioned because of their proximity to the accommodation. It is a quiet and cozy place, at night you can rest very well. Everything worked out perfectly for us. Highly recommended for people traveling by public transport♥️.

Always a pleasure staying here. This has become my go-to Airbnb whenever I’m in Sosua—consistently clean, comfortable, and well-managed.

We enjoyed staying in Tawn’s place. We have stayed in Playa Dorada and San Marino many times and love the area. San Marino is on the best part of the beach and benefits from its own beach club and restaurant. The apartment is as described. It could do with a new toaster and some cereal bowls but that’s about it. We had an issue with some construction in the apartment block but Tawn was very responsive and got it sorted. Thanks for hosting us Tawn.

Staying at Marina’s place was a wonderful experience! Marina and her staff were super friendly and welcoming—she truly made my husband and I feel like we were right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is very safe and incredibly quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind, and I’d especially recommend it for solo travelers or couples. Just keep in mind that having some form of transportation is helpful if you want to explore or do other activities in the area. Overall, the hospitality and comfort were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free stay!
