The place was very quiet and safe and easy to access, the house was clean and tidy, the host was super attentive and was always attentive to everything, I recommend adding a barbecue and bedspreads, super recommended

The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

We loved this villa! The villa was beautiful and clean as described. This place has AC units in all of the bedrooms rooms but it would be nice if an AC unit was added to the family room/kitchen area as well. It wasn't that big of a deal because the AC units in the bedrooms somewhat helps cool down the living room and kitchen. I would definitely stay at this villa again! The pool was a perfect size for the villa. The landscaping was amazing! All of the staff was amazing! It would also be nice if pool towels were provided instead of using your shower towels. I am sure that we could have asked for extras but we never did. We had an issue with one of the upstairs showerheads and it was fixed within minutes by the maintenance team. The villa had hot water so taking a shower was nice and comfortable. I felt very safe in this villa given it's location and the kindness of the security team. Once again, I would definitely stay here again and we enjoyed our stay!

Arianna, the cohost, went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. She was extremely responsive via text and welcomed my friend and me with kindness and professionalism. She took the time to give us a quick tour of the property, answered all our questions, and even recommended some amazing local spots for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. Thanks to her hospitality and the overall serenity of the location, our trip exceeded expectations. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—I would love to return!

such a wonderful sanctuary of beauty and relaxation. we absolutely loved our stay. lucia’s villa is stunning, as is the entire “las 9 gotas” property. we spent most of the week simply relaxing. a couple beautiful, quiet beaches are in walking distance, as is a picturesque spa with delicious food and an incredibly friendly staff. as a host, lucia was incredibly communicative, accessible and responsive from the moment we booked, to pre-arrival, throughout our entire stay, and on our day of departure; a true superhost! we didn’t want to leave!!

This village is one of the greatest places I've stayed. Secure, private, quiet, and pleasant, extremely clean, with a nice parking area and a very polite host. The workers make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We were 9 girls and easily fit in the house. The description was accurate and the house was very clean and outdoor areas were very taken care of. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others. The location was very close to the beach and private. The host was very friendly and Tony was always there when we needed! We had a great time.

Nice little house next to the main house, and Janet was very nice! There were some things missing in the kitchen, but Janet and Augustine the janitor, was wery helpful to get it fixed right away, thank you guys! We had some very good days in Costambar! It’s a good idea to have a car though!😊

What a great place to start our family vacation in Sosúa. Robert and Kat were so easy to communicate with, and aside from the slightest hiccup upon arrival (a very minor miscommunication with the security gate, which was very quickly addressed and fixed by Kat), it was truly a perfect stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy to get to the beach, close to grocery stores, a great restaurant within SOV, and a few playground and water park options that the kids loved…something for everyone! The villa is in a newer section of SOV that is still in development, so some construction is happening on the periphery, though it wasn’t loud or disruptive to our peace in any way. All in all it was a super comfortable home base for so many DR experiences, would absolutely stay there again.

They are very responsible, in that house nothing is missing, perhaps some repairs, but for me it is super comfortable, apart from that the staff was very good. 100% recommended.

I really liked the place and the host is 1A, I recommend it.
