I t is a second floor. 45 min away from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport. 5 min away driving to Puerto Nuevo Beach Vega Baja, one of the best beach of the Island. 10 min to Ojo de Agua, Charco Azul and Laguna Tortuguero. Has many restaurants around. Vega Baja has Uber and Uber eat services, however my recommendation is to rent a car. The property has solar system. Important note: No central AC, just AC in the bedrooms, Fan in the livingroom. House isn't in front of the sea.

Fully equipped kitchen with pans and pots and electric stove and microwave. Dinning table and breakfast bar. Walking distance to the beach in 10 mins. Close to supermarket, drugstore, bakery and bars.
