We absolutely loved our stay at this place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and taken care of by the friendly staff. We’re definitely considering coming back and booking again. It’s definitely going to be one of our favorite destinations for future trips. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. And what a beautiful home!

Derek was a great host, really responsive and helped make it all super clear and easy. We really enjoyed our weekend here would definitely love to come back.

This place was amazing! Came here with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. We were amazed from the moment we walked in. Joaquin was always available for any questions we had, provided a wonderful private chef recommendation, and the place had so many items we didn’t even need to bring like most places (coffee, sunscreen, jugs of water, etc.). An even bigger plus was not needing to do an intense “Airbnb cleanup” like most places (i.3e. Start the laundry, scrub down the kitchen, leave it cleaner than we found it) but of course we did do a good once over! Great place for friends, family, kids, and anyone and everyone!

Excelente lugar. Un sitio muy relajante. La alberca/jacuzzi funciona perfectamente y es ideal para la familia. La playa está muy cerca y la casa está muy bonita.

Loved the place has lots of nice areas. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather my kids enjoyed it very well. Clean house sheets smelled amazing felt like home !! Rafael was amazing very attentive. I had a couple of questions during my stay and he was always there to answer them. Definitely going back to this place in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! I've rented several houses in Las Gaviotas over the years and Marilola's is one of my favorites now. Place looks exactly like the photos. The main bedroom upstairs is massive with a huge TV (both TVs had streaming access for Netflix, etc). Another highlight is that the bedrooms don't share any walls. We didn't end up using the kitchen but everything you need is there. Gorgeous view from both balconies and close to the pool/jacuzzi. Highly suggest taking advantage of the poolside taco vendors- they have fresh smoothies in the morning too! Hosts were very responsive. Thank you so much, Marilola!

This was our second time staying at Chad's lovely home. It is now our go to when visiting family in Puerto Nuevo! Great location right next to Puerto Nuevo Plaza and the beach. Great, clean updated place and Chad is great as well. We will be returning.

First time booking this beautiful home and will definitely not be our last. We had a great experience booking this home. The host Emiliano was very responsive and attentive to any need we had. The house has an amazing view with its private jacuzzi facing the ocean. The home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed and more, needless to say we’re very please and will be recommending.

Fernando’s house is nice, clean, with a nice ocean view,. We felt right at home. We had a few questions about his house and he was very responsive and always helpful.

Veronica was a wonderful host excellent communication! The property was very secure. It is a beautiful home: clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace had stunning ocean views. We will definitely stay here again :)

Javier, whom we communicated with, was super-responsive, had helpfull recommendations, and was very attentive when we asked for anything. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend others do as well!

This house was as described. Very spacious. I was slightly confused on arriving to the actual house because the security didn’t seem 100% certain on my destination. But this was quickly resolved. The security guards on duty gave a sense of safety that was comforting. Our stay was peaceful. I can’t complain about anything.

This airbnb was one of the best I’ve been to! Harry was the best host and very good at communicating. The house was perfect on the beach, the backyard was the walkway to the sand. From the living room you could see the ocean! Such a beautiful view and it’s close to Ensenada/Rosarito/Tijuana/Valle De GuadalupeThe guard gate is right next to the house so I felt safe. Very clean and spacious. I would 100% recommend again! 5 star rating! :) Love the house and would love to return!

The house is very nice with everything update. We had a great visit. I highly recommend it for large families. Great views on the surrounding mountains and ocean.

This was our first stay at Sierra’s. What a gorgeous view! We came in the cooler months so did not use the pool. The kitchen is well stocked for a short stay; we made breakfast every morning. The upstairs beds are very comfy. It’s also nice there are 3 full bathrooms. I did laundry once and that was nice to have. The garden area is gorgeous. It’s in a safe gated and relatively quiet neighborhood. We met one neighbor; he was very friendly. Tv and internet worked just fine. To get hot water you have to turn on the water heater and wait a little bit and as with most of Mexico, all paper products go in the trash, but for us that’s all part of the charm. Baja funky/cool decor throughout the house. All in all, a great stay.

The host Adriana was great, great communication, we had a little incident but was taken care of right away. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful safe quiet place to enjoy their mini vacations. Good job Adriana keep up the good work ❤️

Greg’s place in Gaviotas is very clean, comfortable, and has an amazing deck with the perfect ocean view. 10/10 in communication as well. Thanks for the great experience!
