House vacation rentals in Puerto de Palma de Mallorca

We really loved Joana's place. It is a great experience to stay in a Spanish home, away from the city noises, very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in her place and had a good night sleep. And we appreciate Joana's kindness, she is a very nice person. We hope to come back soon!

Fernando’s place was such a dream! From the beautiful pool to the garden we loved the stay! There was ample room and great AC within the bedrooms. Lots of outdoor dining space, chairs, as well as linens and towels. In the kitchen, they had all necessary kitchenwares.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

We stayed five days but could have stayed longer. The house was comfortable and had good AC and a nice little pool - and a washing machine. We were provided with enough provisions to get us started, and there was a small grocery store at the end of the block, and another down the hill and a few blocks away. We ate dinner at three of the nearby restaurants during our stay and had nice meals at each one. Carmen was easy to communicate with and provided a lot of helpful information. It was a nice introduction to Mallorca. Unfortunately, Palma and Soller were overrun with people during our visit (last week of May 2025). If we return to Mallorca, we will try to pick a season with fewer visitors, and if possible, a week without cruise ships.

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Particularly noteworthy are the large pool and barbecue area – perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and would be happy to come back!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

This was the best home. We were 3 couples and felt right at home. Peaceful, clean, plenty of space. Everything detail was thought through. All amenities are new, and easy to use. We will definitely return, and we thank the hosts for their flexibility and communication.

Wish I could give this 10 stars. The home was beautiful. The town of Valldemossa is incredible. We stayed for 3 nights, but in hindsight wish it had been 6+. Would love to return back in the future!

It was a pleasure to stay at Toni‘s place. Everything was fine and he helped us during our stay when we need support from someone local. Furthermore he is super friendly and reacts quickly to messages. Location is great, next to a small charming beach and not far away from a bigger one. We are sad to leave but will be back for sure! The house is a real gem! The very difficult ascent to the highest house of this charming mountain village the first few times definitely pays off! The view is unique even by Mallorcan standards. The terrace is spacious and equipped with enough furniture that we felt comfortable as a couple. In the lovingly furnished house, there are many original artifacts that make the stay special. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well usable. However, the second bathroom can only be reached via the terrace; for us two rather pleasant, because you could use the shower almost like an outdoor shower. Communication with Diego was perfect and very warm! He even helped us with the handover when hauling the supplies! Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your little gem! We will be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful stay in Palma! Everything was just as expected! The apartment was lovely, the location was perfect, and the whole experience felt easy and relaxed from start to finish. Would happily come back and stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

An absolute dream right on the sea! The house was just perfect – with a stunning view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the basement, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to the sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

Simply beautiful, This house was everything we wanted for our visit to Mallorca! The house, pool and garden had everything to relax at any time of day. 10/10, would stay again. The area is quiet and there is plenty of street parking. I would advise that you have a car if staying here if you want to travel to any of the beaches.

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and all the facilities you need are there. Upon arrival, there was a lot of groceries put down so you didn't have to go to the store right away. The house is decorated with great attention to detail, and in every corner you will find special accessories, furniture or art. It was a lot of fun to discover all that! The host is really friendly and helpful and responds right away. We will definately come back!

One of the best villas I’ve stayed at, beautiful location and will be back again

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.
